At Bloombox Club, we want you to love your new green companions, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all non-perishable items. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or email our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our nursery.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
