How do you ensure plants arrive safely?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant and its pot in place, minimizing movement during transit to ensure it arrives in nursery-fresh condition.
What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day health guarantee. If your plant arrives stressed or damaged, simply send us a photo within 30 days and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do you provide care instructions with each purchase?
Yes, every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species, including light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your plant's journey from our greenhouse to your door.
